The contribution of Tim Van Kersavond and Minh Nguyen to the Methods in Molecular Biology issue “Protein N-terminal Profiling”, edited by Dr. Oliver Schilling, has now been published. In this chapter, we describe the straightforward synthesis and ensuing biochemical application of activity-based probes for labeling proteases in cell and tissue lysates.

Additionally, a chapter authored by Eliane Wolf has now appeared in “Chemoselective and Bioorthogonal Ligation Reactions: Concepts and Applications”, edited by Prof. Russ Algar, Prof. Phil Dawson and Prof. Igor Medintz.
